To make every agent better at its job, we analyze conversation outcomes — things like which follow-up timing gets replies, which objection-handling approaches lead to bookings, and which win-back sequences reactivate members. This analysis is done in aggregated, de-identified form. It contains no member names, phone numbers, email addresses, or any other personal identifiers.

HireAiGO uses a small number of trusted service providers to operate the platform. Each is bound by contractual privacy commitments and only receives the data necessary to perform its function.

We do not sell your data to any third party. We do not use data brokers. We do not share your information with advertisers.
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your data. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Payment data is handled by our payment processor and never touches our servers in raw form. Client environments are isolated from one another — your agent's workspace, data, and configuration are sealed to your account.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours — and faster where contractually committed.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. When you cancel:

HireAiGO uses minimal cookies necessary to operate the website (session management, security tokens). We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use hireaigo.com. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not affect your HireAiGO agent's operation.
We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material changes to this Privacy Policy take effect. Continued use of HireAiGO after changes go live constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
