These Terms of Service govern your use of AiGO ("the Service"). By completing checkout or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't sign up. Plain English throughout — if something is unclear, email sophia@hireaigo.com.
When you sign up, you pay a $29 deposit to start your 14-day trial. Here's exactly how that works:
Simple version: $29 gets you in. If you complete the onboarding call and we still don't deliver a result in 14 days, we refund it. If you cancel before the call, we refund it. If the call is done and you cancel mid-trial just because you changed your mind, the $29 stays with us — we did the work.
After the 14-day trial, your plan renews automatically every 30 days at the rate you selected:
Your first monthly charge processes on Day 15. The $29 trial deposit is applied as a credit toward that first charge. Billing is month-to-month. No annual contracts. No lock-in.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Payments are charged automatically on your billing date.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect again over the next 7 days. If payment is not resolved within 14 days of the failure, your account will be suspended.
Cancel any time by emailing sophia@hireaigo.com with the subject line "Cancel My Account." We process cancellations within 1 business day.
There are no cancellation fees and no penalty for leaving. We would rather earn your business every month than lock you into a contract.
AiGO sends SMS messages and emails on your behalf to the contacts in your customer list. You are the sender of record. This means:
Important: Do not upload contacts who have not consented to receive SMS or email marketing from your business. Sending unsolicited messages can expose you to significant legal liability under TCPA (up to $1,500 per message). We cannot indemnify you for misuse of your own contact list.
AiGO complies with all applicable federal and state communications laws in the operation of the platform. We maintain TCPA-compliant suppression lists and honor opt-outs on your behalf.
AiGO uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude model) to generate outreach messages, follow-up sequences, and responses on your behalf. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
You may request to review outreach content before it sends during the onboarding phase. After your agent goes live, sequences operate automatically. Contact Sophia to pause campaigns at any time.
We guarantee at least one result — a booked consultation, recovered lead, or reactivated member — within 14 days of your agent going live, provided that:
If these conditions are met and no result is produced within 14 days, we will refund your $29 deposit in full and extend your trial free of charge until a result is delivered.
The guarantee applies to the trial period only and does not extend to ongoing monthly performance.
You agree not to use AiGO to:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.
AiGO is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the platform's fitness for a particular purpose or guarantee of specific revenue outcomes.
In no event shall AiGO's total liability to you exceed the total amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted under Florida law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of AiGO will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at sophia@hireaigo.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally.
We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material changes to these Terms take effect. Non-material changes (grammar, formatting, clarification) may be made without notice.
Continued use of AiGO after changes go live constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We will not raise prices on existing accounts without 30 days written notice. Founding member pricing is locked for as long as your account remains active and in good standing.
